Job Title: Enterprise Patching Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Patching Analyst to manage and support patching and vulnerability remediation across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft endpoint management tools, automation, and ITSM processes, along with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patch & Vulnerability Management
- Identify, track, and remediate patch vulnerabilities across servers, workstations, and enterprise devices.
- Administer enterprise patch management processes to ensure system security and compliance.
Incident, Task & Change Management
- Manage incident, task, and change tickets related to patching activities using ITSM tools.
- Ensure timely completion of patch-related tasks aligned with SLAs.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and SLA metrics for patch compliance.
- Develop dashboards and insights using Power BI or similar tools.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Enterprise Patch Services (EPS) and IT/business teams.
- Coordinate patching activities and remediation efforts across departments.
Tooling & Automation
- Work with enterprise tools such as:
- Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Intune
- ServiceNow
- Rapid7 / PatchMyPC
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and tool enhancement.
Software Packaging & Deployment
- Design, build, and deploy software packages and patch updates using MECM or similar tools.
- Ensure smooth rollout and validation of patch deployments.
Project & Continuous Improvement
- Support patching-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance remediation efficiency and system stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in patch management, vulnerability management, or IT operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM / MECM / SCCM)
- ServiceNow
- Intune
- PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory (AD)
- Experience with Azure / Entra ID
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Rapid7 and PatchMyPC
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Experience in financial/banking industry
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Confluence
- Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards
