We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager / Delivery Manager with a background as a Developer or Technical Lead who has transitioned into project delivery. The ideal candidate will lead data engineering, migration, and modernization initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of:
- Data migration programs
- Data platform modernization initiatives
- Drive:
- Project planning
- Execution
- Governance across onshore/offshore teams
- Develop and manage:
- Project plans
- Migration roadmaps
- Sprint backlogs
- Delivery milestones
- Coordinate with:
- Engineering teams
- Infrastructure teams
- Architecture teams
- Identify and mitigate:

- Bottlenecks
- Design gaps
- Support decision-making using strong technical understanding of data platforms
- Ensure:

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT with strong technical project management background
- Prior experience as:
- Developer
- Technical Lead
- Strong expertise in:
- Data engineering
- Data architecture
- Infrastructure management
- Proven experience leading:
- Data migrations
- Data platform buildouts
- ETL pipelines and frameworks
- Data orchestration and streaming services
- Strong knowledge of:
- Agile methodologies
- Sprint planning and execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively
Preferred Skills
- Experience with:
- Modern data platforms
- Cloud-based data ecosystems
- Exposure to:
- Data modernization
