Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Python, and LangChain frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing AI agents, architectures, and innovative GenAI solutions, with a focus on building scalable and intelligent automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks
- Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain
- Develop and integrate custom tools and MCPs (Model Context Protocols)
- Architect scalable AI/GenAI systems and workflows
- Write efficient, production-grade Python code
- Experiment and innovate with new AI approaches and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Python (advanced programming)
- Agentic AI development
- LangChain framework
- Hands-on experience in:
- Building AI agents and workflows
- Developing custom tools and MCP integrations
- Strong understanding of:
- AI/GenAI architectures
- LLM-based applications
- Ability to innovate and experiment with new AI technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
- Python
- LangChain
- Agentic AI / GenAI Tools & Frameworks
- AI Architecture & Design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other frameworks like:
- AutoGen / CrewAI / LangGraph
- Exposure to:
- LLMOps / MLOps
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Scalable and efficient AI agent-based solutions
