Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce products, with strong leadership capabilities in governance, integration, and architecture oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Architecture & Design
- Design and develop enterprise-level Salesforce architecture.
- Lead technical design and implementation aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
- Define scalable solution patterns across multiple Salesforce clouds.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Integration & Enterprise Connectivity
- Oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware tools
- Custom development
- Define and enforce integration patterns and data flow strategies.
Governance, Security & Data Management
- Establish Salesforce governance frameworks.
- Define data modeling standards and identity management strategies.
- Enforce security best practices, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
Documentation & Standards
- Develop architecture diagrams and solution design documents.
- Maintain technical specifications and configuration documentation.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and implemented solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Developer with architecture responsibilities.
- Deep expertise in:
- Salesforce Lightning
- Apex
- Visualforce
- SOQL
- Salesforce DX
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce data modeling
- Security & identity management
- Declarative and programmatic development
- Experience designing complex Salesforce integrations.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce Application Architect
- Salesforce System Architect
Professional Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience working in cross-functional enterprise teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
