Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build a large scale, AI powered supplier platform integrated with enterprise ERP systems. This is a high impact role within a small engineering team responsible for delivering a ground up solution with strong focus on scalability, performance, and clean architecture.
The ideal candidate will have strong full stack development experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage stakeholders and offshore teams while delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop the platform from the ground up using modern full stack technologies.
Build scalable ERP integration patterns and API driven architectures.
Implement synchronous and asynchronous data processing strategies.
Optimize performance across frontend and backend systems.
Work with large datasets using pagination, filtering, caching, and query tuning.
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across the application stack.
Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable system architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage coordination with offshore teams.
Own end to end quality including writing unit, integration, and regression tests.
Implement CI CD pipelines and ensure automated testing practices.
Review AI generated code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
8–12 years of experience in full stack development roles.
Experience working in fast paced, high impact engineering teams.
Technical Skills
Strong experience with TypeScript and modern React ecosystem.
Experience with API driven backend architectures.
Experience integrating with ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL including query optimization and indexing.
Experience with data processing strategies including synchronous and asynchronous workflows.
Experience with integration tools such as Apache NiFi or event driven alternatives.
Understanding of performance optimization metrics such as LCP and FCP.
Experience with CI CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage offshore teams and coordinate cross functional efforts.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ownership mindset with accountability for delivery and quality.
Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Experience designing scalable enterprise platforms.
