Description:
We are seeking an AI Software Developer to join a platform development team focused on building AI powered solutions for financial services. This role involves developing backend services, integrating large language models with enterprise data platforms, and enabling intelligent data access through AI driven tools such as text to SQL systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET development, data platforms, and hands on exposure to AI and LLM technologies, with the ability to build scalable and secure systems in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and
maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and C# on Microsoft Azure.
Develop AI powered features such as text to SQL agents for querying financial
datasets.
Design and implement AI integration patterns including prompt engineering, RAG,
function calling, and agent workflows.
Work with enterprise data platforms including SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and
Databricks.
Analyze database schemas and validate AI generated SQL queries for correctness
and performance.
Design and structure datasets to enable efficient AI based querying.
Implement guardrails for AI systems to ensure compliance in regulated
environments.
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver end to end AI
solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
8–10 years
of professional software development experience.
Strong experience in backend and API development using .NET and C#.
Experience working with AI or LLM technologies in projects or production
environments.
Technical Skills
Strong
expertise in .NET and C# development.
Strong SQL skills including complex query writing and performance tuning.
Experience working with SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Service, Functions, and
API Management.
Experience with AI integration patterns including prompt engineering and RAG.
Understanding of API driven architecture and data pipelines.
Familiarity with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
Knowledge of CI CD pipelines and containerization tools such as Docker is a
plus.
Experience with Python is an added advantage.
Understanding of secure coding practices.
Soft Skills
Strong

Ability to work in fast paced and evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience
