Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage multi-cloud security solutions across Azure and GCP environments.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on SME with strong expertise in Terraform-based Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes security, capable of building secure, scalable solutions from scratch while supporting both project delivery and real-time incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native network security controls across Azure and GCP
• Configure and manage:
• Azure Network Security Groups (NSGs)
• GCP VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC)
• GCP Cloud Armor (WAF/DDoS protection)
• GCP Next-Gen Firewall (NGFW) with IDS/IPS
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules for infrastructure and security policies
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD for Kubernetes deployments
• Secure workloads in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cloud, security, DevOps, application teams)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support incident response (P0–P3)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a:
• Cloud Engineer
• Cloud Security Engineer
• DevOps Engineer
• Strong hands-on expertise in Terraform (IaC):
• Module design
• State management
• Enterprise workflows
• Experience with Azure and GCP security services:
• Azure NSGs
• GCP VPC-SC
• Cloud Armor
• NGFW with IDS/IPS
• Proficiency in:
• Azure DevOps Pipelines
• GitHub Actions
• Experience with GitOps tools:
• Argo CD or Flux
• Scripting skills:
• PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response experience
• Experience creating documentation, runbooks, and KT sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience securing Kubernetes environments (AKS & GKE)
• Exposure to:
• GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI
• Ansible (Configuration Management)
• Experience working in Agile environments
