Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quickbase & Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quickbase application development and Power BI analytics, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Quickbase applications including:
• Tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, and user roles
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs
• Create visually compelling and insightful data visualizations
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Integrate Quickbase with external systems:
• APIs, Excel, and databases
• Design and optimize data models and semantic layers for Power BI
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and best practices
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Quickbase application development
• Advanced expertise in Power BI:
• Data visualization
• DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Data modeling and connectivity
• Experience integrating systems using APIs and external data sources
• Strong understanding of data modeling and reporting frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting and production support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Workfront:
• Workflow configuration
• Task automation
• Tool customization
• Knowledge of database systems and Excel-based integrations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
