Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer with strong expertise in platform configuration, development, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BAU support, system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction across the Agiloft platform.

Key Responsibilities

Agiloft Development & Support

• Provide end-to-end support and development for Agiloft including configuration and customization
• Handle BAU operations, platform enhancements, and incident resolution
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations

---

Integrations & Platform Management

• Integrate Agiloft with enterprise systems such as:
• Active Directory
• LDAP
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel
• Salesforce
• Perform system configuration, data mapping, and API-based integrations

---

Support & Operations

• Manage support tickets in compliance with SLA guidelines
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes
• Handle customer calls and issue tracking ensuring timely resolution

---

System Administration

• Assist in software licensing, installation, and access management
• Perform server installations, upgrades, and refresh activities
• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability

---

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Agiloft development & support
• Experience with workflow configuration, scripting, and customization
• Integration experience with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like CloudBees
