Role Overview

We are seeking a talented AEM UX Designer with strong experience in designing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centric designs aligned with enterprise design systems and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AEM-based web platforms
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Create and maintain AEM components, templates, and scalable page layouts
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and Global Design System (GDS)
• Collaborate closely with AEM developers to ensure accurate implementation (Figma → AEM parity)
• Design and support Experience Fragments and Content Fragments
• Apply modular and component-based UX design principles
• Provide UX guidance throughout development, QA, and release cycles
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design systems and UX frameworks

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in UX / Digital Product Design
• Strong hands-on experience designing for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Strong understanding of:
• Responsive design
• Component-based UX
• Design systems
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
• Experience collaborating with frontend and AEM development teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
• Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEP)
• Exposure to personalization-driven or data-informed UX design
