Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Wireless Project Manager with strong expertise in managing network and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on leading end to end project delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of wireless and network solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, knowledge of network technologies, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
Build and manage project teams by providing direction, motivation, and performance oversight.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and adjust scope, timelines, or resources as needed to meet objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to project management processes and quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships and third party resources involved in project delivery.
Track project performance metrics and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
10+ years of experience in project management roles.
Experience managing network or infrastructure projects.
Experience working with project management tools and methodologies.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of network technologies including wireless networks, WAN routing, and LAN switching.
Knowledge of 5G wireless networks and infrastructure projects.
Experience managing end to end network deployment projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
