Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agiloft Developer with strong expertise in platform development, configuration, and support. The role focuses on managing BAU operations, implementing enhancements, and supporting integrations with enterprise systems while ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Agiloft, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support users, manage tickets, and deliver scalable platform solutions in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Agiloft platform including BAU operations, configuration, and enhancements.
Manage support tickets, ensuring adherence to SLA guidelines and timely issue resolution.
Interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to provide excellent service and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
Configure and support integrations with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
Assist in generating and managing software licenses and ensure proper installation and access.
Perform routine server installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
Support system availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement improvements and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

6–8 years of experience in application support, development, or platform engineering roles.
Hands on experience with Agiloft platform development and support.
Experience managing BAU operations and customer support environments.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Agiloft configuration, customization, and integrations.
Experience integrating enterprise tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Salesforce.
Familiarity with web based technologies and application platforms.
Knowledge of server management, installation, and maintenance processes.
Experience with ticketing systems and support workflows.
Understanding of cloud based platforms and tools such as CloudBees is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle user issues effectively.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in enterprise support environments with SLA driven processes.
Familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
