Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Conversational AI / GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building end-to-end AWS pipelines and implementing conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with AWS AI/ML services, microservices architecture, and NLP-based conversational agents.
This role requires expertise in designing scalable AI-driven solutions using AWS services and implementing real-time conversational workflows for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
AWS Architecture & Pipeline Development
- Design and implement end-to-end AWS pipelines for conversational AI solutions.
- Configure and integrate AWS AI/ML services into scalable architectures.
- Develop and deploy Lambda functions for automation and integrations.
- Implement real-time AI solutions using AWS services.
- Monitor and optimize pipelines using CloudWatch.
- Integrate AWS services using APIs and event-driven architectures.
Conversational AI Development
- Design and implement chatbots and conversational agents.
- Build NLP-based conversational workflows.
- Develop AI-powered virtual assistants.
- Implement RAG-based solutions for knowledge retrieval.
- Design intelligent Q&A systems.
AI / ML & GenAI
- Apply AI/ML algorithms and data science techniques.
- Perform model tuning and optimization.
- Implement Generative AI solutions.
- Design prompt engineering strategies.
- Optimize AI response quality and accuracy.
- Work with structured and unstructured data.
Backend Development
- Develop APIs using Flask.
- Implement microservices architecture.
- Develop Python-based services.
- Integrate PostgreSQL databases.
- Build scalable backend services.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate AWS services with enterprise applications.
- Create Lambda-based automation workflows.
- Implement API integrations.
- Build event-driven systems.
- Support real-time data processing.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with stakeholders and business teams.
- Gather technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions.
- Ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate project status and updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
