Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Support Executive to provide technical and business application support for mortgage and banking systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in system administration, technical troubleshooting, reporting, and mortgage platforms, along with expertise in database management and monitoring tools.
This role requires hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications, managing integrations, and ensuring system availability while collaborating with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot business rules.
- Develop and maintain custom print forms.
- Manage user groups, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance and logs.
- Manage application versions and releases.
- Monitor and maintain system integrations.
- Troubleshoot application and system issues.
- Maintain reporting databases and data warehouses.
- Build and maintain Dynamic Data Management (DDM) tables and rules.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Support integration with mortgage platforms such as nCino Mortgage and Optimal Blue.
- Prepare and batch HMDA update files to Encompass.
- Support incident and change management processes.
Business Support Responsibilities
- Run daily hotlist processes.
- Generate and maintain Crystal Reports.
- Run monthly survey reports.
- Maintain service account passwords with vendors and internal systems.
- Maintain business contacts within LOS (Loan Origination System).
- Create ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on priorities and deliverables.
- Support business operations and reporting requirements.
Technical Responsibilities
- Monitor applications using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
- Support Office 365 administration tasks.
- Perform database support using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Support Windows-based environments.
- Troubleshoot networking issues including firewall and IP whitelisting.
- Maintain system documentation.
- Support vendor integrations and applications.
- Assist with release and deployment activities.
