Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer / Technical Project Coordinator to serve as the primary onsite liaison between Accuray and offshore engineering teams. This role combines system-level verification and validation leadership (60%) with technical project coordination and execution management (40%).
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in system integration, hardware/software testing, validation engineering, regulated environments, and global team coordination, with the ability to drive quality, compliance, and execution across distributed engineering teams.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of combined experience in Engineering, Testing, Validation, System Integration, or Technical Project Coordination.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Verification & Validation (V&V) experience.
- Experience validating externally developed software or hardware changes.
- Proven experience working with global onsite/offshore engineering teams.
- Experience supporting regulated product environments.
Core Responsibilities
Verification & Validation Engineering (60%)
Validation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end verification and validation activities for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
- Validate offshore-developed software and system enhancements.
- Serve as the primary onsite validation authority before production release.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Test Strategy & Execution
- Develop comprehensive:

- Execute functional, integration, and system-level testing.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams.
