Duration: 12+ Months
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust QA and automation strategies. The ideal candidate will define testing frameworks, ensure quality governance, and drive automation across the SDLC while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategy, test planning, and test governance frameworks
- Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks using modern tools and technologies
- Lead end-to-end QA architecture and ensure alignment with business and technical goals
- Develop and execute API testing strategies using tools such as Postman and RestAssured
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Drive adoption of best practices in testing, automation, and quality assurance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Software Testing and QA Architecture
- Expertise in:
- Test Strategy
- Test Planning
- Test Governance
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks:
- Python
- BDD frameworks
- Cypress
- Playwright
- Strong experience in:
- API Testing (REST, SOAP)
- Postman
- RestAssured
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with performance testing tools:
- JMeter
- LoadRunner
- Strong understanding of:
- SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
Preferred / Domain Experience
- Experience in the Telecom domain
Core Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor teams
