Job Title: Pega Developer (LSA “Lead System Architect” Certified)

Location: Sunrise, FL

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in the Smart Dispute Framework and a proven background in the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate should hold LSA ” Lead System Architect” certification and have prior experience working with organizations like American Express (Amex) or similar financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform
• Work extensively on Smart Dispute Framework (SDF) for dispute lifecycle management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Lead and contribute to solution architecture, ensuring scalability and performance
• Follow best practices for Pega application development and design
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations
• Support integration with external systems and APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LSA I (Lead System Architect) Certification – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity
• Proven experience with Smart Dispute Framework (SDF)
• Prior experience working with American Express (Amex) or within the banking/financial services domain
• Strong understanding of case management, workflows, and business rules
• Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP services)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
