Role Overview

Seeking a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager with a strong engineering background, ideally someone who has progressed from a Developer or Technical Lead role into project or delivery management. The role requires deep technical expertise to lead complex data engineering, migration, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale data migration and data platform modernization programs.
• Manage project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and governance.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, sprint backlogs, migration roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; define mitigation strategies.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Prior hands-on experience as a Developer or Technical Lead.
• Proven experience in Project Management or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong background in:
• Data Engineering
• Data Architecture
• Infrastructure Management
• Experience leading:
• Data migration projects
• Data platform implementations
• ETL pipelines and frameworks
• Data orchestration and streaming services
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ecosystems.
• Exposure to data modernization or transformation programs.
• Experience working with global/onshore-offshore teams.
