Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Genesys Cloud architecture, integrations, and automation, enabling enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead implementation of AI-powered Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) solutions
- Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and best practices
- Configure Genesys Cloud CX components including:
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
- ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
- Call Routing & SIP Trunking
- Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)
- Reporting & Analytics
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party systems (CRM, WFM, AI/ML platforms, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring high system availability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine contact center requirements
- Work closely with developers, engineers, and IT teams for seamless deployments
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX architecture & configuration
- Hands-on experience with:
- IVR, ACD, SIP Trunking, Call Routing
- Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)
- Contact Center Analytics
- Experience with APIs & Web Services (REST, JSON, OAuth)
- Proficiency in scripting/automation using:
- JavaScript
- Python
- PowerShell
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Genesys environments
- Strong understanding of CTI integrations (Genesys, Avaya Aura)
Preferred / Desirable Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations in contact center environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
