Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Empyrean Developer to provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Empyrean application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application support, troubleshooting, and system integration, along with experience in application migration and cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the Empyrean application to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions and enhancements.
- Assist business users with system-related queries, data issues, and reporting requirements while maintaining high service standards.
- Support and manage integrations between Empyrean and other enterprise systems, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Participate in application migration, system upgrades, patch deployments, and cloud migration initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and enhance user experience.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Empyrean application support and development
- Expertise in Application Migration and system upgrades
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and data reconciliation
- Knowledge of cloud migration and enterprise application environments
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
- Experience with REST APIs and data handling (preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with HR systems or benefits administration platforms (nice to have)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus
