Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cisco Webex CCE Engineer with deep expertise in voice networking and Cisco collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade voice and contact center solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE) solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Configure and manage SIP trunks for voice routing, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Integrate and maintain Cisco voice and collaboration platforms across enterprise environments.
- Monitor and optimize voice network performance, ensuring minimal downtime and high call quality.
- Troubleshoot complex voice and network issues across multiple systems and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and application teams.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for voice infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Cisco Voice/Collaboration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE).
- Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration and support.
- In-depth knowledge of SIP protocols, SIP trunking, and VoIP technologies.
- Experience working with AudioCodes SBCs (configuration, deployment, troubleshooting).
- Solid understanding of voice network architecture and call routing.
- Experience with IT IS_CNS Voice Network_Cisco environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex voice environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security concepts.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration are a plus.
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.
