Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Production Support Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) – Discrete Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, RCA, and issue resolution across EBS and custom applications, ensuring system stability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for problem tickets in Oracle EBS and custom solutions.
• Handle production support activities, including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.
• Develop and implement data fixes and code fixes for production issues.
• Actively participate in and lead Major Incident Management (MIM) calls.
• Ensure timely resolution of production tickets in alignment with SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business users) for issue resolution.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes and process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation for incidents, RCA reports, and resolutions.
• Support system stability by monitoring and proactively identifying potential issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Hands-on expertise in Discrete Manufacturing modules
• Proven experience in:
• Production support
• Incident & problem management
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Ability to develop data fixes (SQL) and code fixes (PL/SQL, customizations)
• Experience handling Major Incidents and critical production issues
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
