Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with strong expertise in implementing and integrating advanced AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of generative AI solutions, build scalable AI-powered applications, and enable business transformation through cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and integration of Gen AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT into enterprise applications.
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, copilots, automation tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved model performance and accuracy.
- Integrate Gen AI models with APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices in all implementations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model outputs using feedback loops and fine-tuning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and product teams.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices for AI adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Claude and ChatGPT implementations.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Experience with API integration, REST services, and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and AI governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience with fine-tuning models and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment
- Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Experience building enterprise AI copilots or automation solutions
