Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Reporting Lead with strong expertise in BI, data analytics, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for supply chain operations
• Provide analytical insights to support business and executive decision-making
• Translate business requirements into technical and analytical solutions
• Perform data mining and exploratory analysis across areas such as:
  • Inventory Management
  • Shrinkage
  • Refurbishment / Manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements
• Handle ambiguous requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in BI, reporting, and analytics solution development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Tableau
  • SAP BOBJ (BusinessObjects) or similar BI tools
  • SQL
  • Teradata
  • Snowflake
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to:
  • Translate business questions into data-driven insights
  • Design scalable reporting solutions
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Data mining
  • Exploratory data analysis

Domain Experience

• Experience in Supply Chain functions is highly preferred, including:
  • Planning
  • Order Management
  • Forecasting
  • Logistics
  • Retail operations

Core Competencies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
• Capability to manage complex and ambiguous business requirements
