Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business System Analyst with strong expertise in Work Case Management (WCM) and preferably Pega. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, particularly in environments involving complex legacy systems and modern data interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements.
- Develop business process models, workflows, and system design documentation (current vs future state).
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare and execute test plans, support UAT, and document results.
- Assist in project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and delivery support.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to optimization initiatives.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across applications.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Work Case Management (WCM) applications (MANDATORY).
- Experience with business process modeling, documentation, and requirement gathering.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence).
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pega (Case Management / BPM tools).
- Exposure to Financial Services / Credit Card domain (BFSI).
- Experience working with legacy systems and modern integration interfaces.
