Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.Stakeholder Team Management.

Roles & Responsibilities
CCB ExperienceMust have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects.
Must have experience with CCB EDI.
Test Strategy ExecutionDevelop and implement test strategies| test plans| and test cases applications.
Ensure comprehensive functional| integration| regression| performance| and UAT testing.
Validate APIs| services| and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.
Work closely with developers| business analysts| and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
Defect Management Quality AssuranceIdentify| document| and track defects using JIRA| HP ALM| or similar tools.
Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging| ensuring timely resolution.Ensure compliance with QA.
