Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer with strong expertise in React, Redux, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications and a solid understanding of Micro Frontend architecture.

You will work closely with backend teams and product stakeholders to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Redux
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Implement reusable components and front-end libraries

Architecture & Design

• Implement and maintain Micro Frontend architecture
• Ensure modular, scalable, and loosely coupled front-end systems
• Collaborate on UI/UX design and architecture decisions

---

API Integration

• Integrate front-end applications with:
• REST APIs
• GraphQL APIs
• Handle asynchronous data flows and state management effectively

---

State Management

• Manage application state using Redux or similar libraries
• Optimize performance and ensure smooth user interactions

---

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Follow best practices for:
• Code structure
• Performance optimization
• Security
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables

---

Problem Solving & Debugging

• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues and performance bottlenecks
• Analyze problems and provide efficient technical solutions

🔹 Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Backend developers
• Product managers
• UX/UI designers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript / TypeScript
• 8+ years of experience in React and Redux
• Strong understanding of:
• Micro Frontend architecture
• REST and GraphQL API integration
• Experience building scalable and high-performance web applications
