Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Technology Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in program governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery tracking, along with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
This is a highly visible role involving leadership reporting, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level communication.
Core Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end technology initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Baseline and manage project scope, cost, and timelines.
- Drive execution across technology teams.
- Monitor cost, scope, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Ensure priority alignment within release schedules.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage program financials including:
- Budget tracking
- Cross-commit management
- Resource allocation
- Track CAPEX/OPEX spend where applicable.
- Ensure PCR approvals for scope deviations.
- Coordinate with SPOCs to meet financial and process timelines.
Governance & Reporting
- Create executive-level:
- Status reports
- Dashboards
- Leadership review decks
- Drive quarterly planning and review cycles.
- Facilitate and document key program decisions (DAR documentation).
- Report risks/issues and propose mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Collaborate across business and technology teams.
- Lead and manage technology team members.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and formal sign-offs.
- Drive conflict resolution across stakeholders.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships.
Process & Tooling
- Implement and optimize tracking tools such as:
- Jira
- Confluence
- MS Project
- Drive process improvements across programs.
- Maintain centralized visibility for all program activities.
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years of overall experience
- 8–10+ years of Project/Program Management in IT
- Strong experience managing small-to-medium enterprise programs
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel (advanced functions/macros)
- PowerPoint (executive reporting)
- MS Project
- Jira / Confluence
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong financial management and forecasting capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
