Description:
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Appian BPM and mandatory experience with Appian AI Studio.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of BPM fundamentals, Appian architecture, and case management services development, along with experience working in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
Core Responsibilities
Appian BPM Development
- Design and develop applications using:
- Appian Designer features
- Tempo
- Mobility features
- SAIL Pages
- Smart Services
- Reports & Dashboards
- Deployment Manager
- Develop and enhance Case Management solutions.
- Configure and customize Appian components following best practices.
AI Studio & Advanced Capabilities
- Leverage Appian AI Studio for:
- AI-powered process automation
- Intelligent document processing
- AI-driven case routing and optimization
- Integrate AI capabilities into BPM workflows.
Architecture & Impact Analysis
- Understand Appian architecture components and technical features.
- Perform impact analysis on changes and enhancements.
- Guide team members on design and best practices.
DevOps & CI/CD
- Work with CI/CD pipelines using:
- Jenkins
- Bitbucket
- Support automated deployments and version control.
- Ensure quality through continuous integration practices.
Agile & Collaboration
- Work independently on Jira stories.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and short sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain strong documentation standards.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM
- Experience with:
- Case Management Services
- Tempo & Mobility
- Smart Services & Reports
- Mandatory experience with Appian AI Studio
- CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (for UI customizations)
Professional Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced sprint cycles
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
