Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Program Financial Analyst to support financial governance, administrative coordination, and operational tracking for enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.

This role requires strong experience in IT/Cyber program financial management, budgeting, chargebacks, invoicing, and compliance tracking. The candidate will work closely with Corporate Finance, PMO teams, and Cybersecurity Leadership to ensure transparency, accuracy, and spend control.

This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented position focused on financial oversight—not a technical Java development role.


Core Responsibilities

Cyber Program Financial Management

  • Track and manage:
    • LRF budgets
    • KTLO spend
    • CAPEX / OPEX allocations
    • Chargebacks
    • Invoicing cycles
  • Support financial forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure monthly financial accuracy and reporting integrity.

Chargeback & Invoicing Oversight

  • Manage chargeback processes.
  • Validate monthly invoicing cycles.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

Timecard & Utilization Management

  • Track timecard submissions and compliance.
  • Monitor resource utilization and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with financial governance policies.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Build or refine lightweight financial procedures.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards and executive financial summaries.

Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity program financial management
  • Strong PMO financial oversight experience
  • Proficiency in:
    • Budgeting
    • Cost control
    • Financial forecasting
    • Variance analysis
  • Experience with chargebacks and invoicing workflows
  • Strong MS Excel skills (advanced level preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cybersecurity programs or enterprise security initiatives
  • Experience supporting CAPEX-heavy IT portfolios
  • Familiarity with enterprise PMO governance frameworks
