REQUIRED SKILLS       

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop, maintain, and enhance COBOL-based applications

·         Perform break/fix analysis and resolve production issues

·         Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand requirements

·         Support system enhancements and ongoing maintenance

Requirements:

·         10+ years of experience in COBOL development

·         Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders

·         Good verbal and written communication skills
