Job Summary
We are seeking a talented UX Writer & UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in content strategy, SEO, and user experience design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content, designing intuitive user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and user-centric digital solutions.
This role requires a balance of UX writing, research, interaction design, and branding, with a focus on delivering consistent voice, tone, and seamless user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
UX Writing & Content Strategy
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for digital platforms
- Define and maintain consistent voice and tone across products and channels
- Provide content strategy consultation for:
- Intranet platforms
- Knowledge management systems
- Internal ecosystems
UX Design & Research
- Conduct UX research and define research strategies
- Facilitate UX workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct and support user testing and usability studies
- Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent branding and user experience
- Support cross-functional initiatives to align content and design strategies
Branding & Marketing Support
- Contribute to branding and presentation design
- Support internal marketing campaigns and communication strategies
- Design and consult on infographics and visual storytelling
Knowledge Management & Platforms
- Support development of scalable knowledge bases aligned with business needs
- Collaborate on ServiceNow workflows and content integration strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in:
- UX Writing / Content Strategy
- UI/UX Design and UX Research
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- SEO and keyword research
- UX writing and content design
- User research and usability testing
- Interaction design and prototyping
- Experience creating:
- User flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Tools & Methodologies
- Familiarity with:
- UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Agile methodologies
- Knowledge management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills
- Strong collaboration and facilitation abilities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with branding and marketing design
- Knowledge of infographics and visual communication
