Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong expertise in data integration, enterprise CRM data architecture, and Salesforce Data Cloud implementation. The role focuses on building and managing scalable data pipelines, integrating Databricks with Salesforce Data Cloud, and enabling Customer 360 capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience delivering end to end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, strong development skills, and the ability to design efficient and scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including configuration, data ingestion, and activation.
Integrate Azure Databricks with Salesforce Data Cloud including connector setup and data ingestion pipelines.
Create and manage Data Streams and Data Lake Objects aligned with Customer 360 data models.
Implement zero copy federation use cases for efficient data access and processing.
Configure identity resolution and optimize data matching and customer unification.
Enable and manage Data Cloud features including data spaces, roles, and permissions.
Develop and deploy data activation processes to Salesforce CRM systems.
Design and implement automation workflows using Salesforce Lightning Flow.
Develop custom logic and integrations using Apex.
Build interactive and scalable UI components using Lightning Web Components and JavaScript.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across the data platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
6–8 years of experience in data integration, data platform engineering, or CRM data architecture.
Experience with at least one enterprise level implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud in production.
Experience integrating Databricks with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and development.
Experience with Azure Databricks and data integration pipelines.
Knowledge of Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, and Customer 360 data models.
Experience with identity resolution and data activation processes.
Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Flow, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with enterprise data architecture and CRM systems.
Understanding of batch and real time data processing and integration strategies.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Community Cloud.
Experience working in large scale enterprise CRM environments.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data architecture patterns.
