Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cisco Webex CCE Engineer with strong expertise in voice and collaboration platforms. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco based communication solutions including Webex Contact Center Enterprise and unified communication systems.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Cisco voice infrastructure, SIP technologies, and session border controllers, along with the ability to support enterprise communication environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise solutions.
Manage and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager as a subject matter expert.
Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunking and voice routing solutions.
Support Webex Contact Center and collaboration platform integrations.
Manage and configure AudioCodes session border controllers.
Ensure high availability and performance of voice and communication systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice networks and communication platforms.
Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to support communication services.
Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational processes.
Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements for communication platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
10+ years of experience in Cisco voice and collaboration technologies.
Experience working with Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise solutions.
Experience supporting enterprise communication and voice network environments.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Cisco platforms including CUCM.
Experience with SIP trunking and voice routing.
Experience with Webex Contact Center and WXCC solutions.
Experience with AudioCodes session border controllers.
Strong understanding of voice network architecture and protocols.
Experience with Cisco voice network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in cross functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in enterprise voice and contact center environments.
Familiarity with cloud based communication platforms.
Experience supporting hybrid or remote communication infrastructure.
