Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Java (8+), MongoDB, Spring ecosystem, AWS, and modern AI development tools such as RooCode and Claude.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java (8 and above)
• 5+ years of experience with MongoDB (NoSQL)
• Experience using AI tools such as RooCode and Claude
• Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data
• Experience with Oracle (Relational DB)
• REST API development
• AWS knowledge and hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Application Development

• Design and develop scalable, multi-tier distributed web applications.
• Build low-latency service APIs and data aggregation pipelines.
• Develop robust backend services using Java, J2EE, and Spring ecosystem.

Cloud & Distributed Systems

• Architect and deploy applications on AWS environments.
• Work with caching mechanisms and optimize system performance.
• Implement secure communication protocols (HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP).

Database & Data Management

• Develop applications using relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Design efficient schemas and optimize query performance.
• Implement JPA and Hibernate for ORM-based data management.

Performance & Quality Engineering

• Perform application performance tuning and optimization.
• Advocate and implement Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Integrate Continuous Integration (CI) practices.

Collaboration & Ownership

• Take ownership of end-to-end project deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
