Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle Finance Cloud expertise to lead finance transformation initiatives and Oracle Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Financial modules while aligning system capabilities with business objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance oversight, and hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects ensuring business-aligned solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Oversee configuration and enhancements across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Cash Management
- Coordinate system setup, integrations, and process improvements.
- Manage testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and quality assurance to ensure defect-free delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and issue resolution.
- Provide executive-level reporting and maintain governance documentation.
- Guide change management initiatives, user training, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams.

- RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service)
- EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
- ERP modules
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and system integrations
Project Management & Tools
- Strong project management experience in finance technology transformation programs
- Proficiency in:
- MS Project (Project Planning)
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Risk, budget, and stakeholder management expertise
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams
- Strong governance, documentation, and compliance oversight
