Job Title: Project Manager – Oracle Finance Cloud

Location: Stamford, CT / Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience Required: 6–8 Years


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle Finance Cloud expertise to lead finance transformation initiatives and Oracle Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Financial modules while aligning system capabilities with business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance oversight, and hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects ensuring business-aligned solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Oversee configuration and enhancements across:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Cash Management
  • Coordinate system setup, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Manage testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and quality assurance to ensure defect-free delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and maintain governance documentation.
  • Guide change management initiatives, user training, and adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

Oracle Cloud Functional Expertise

  • Oracle Cloud Financials
  • RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service)
  • EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
  • ERP modules
  • Strong understanding of finance business processes and system integrations

Project Management & Tools

  • Strong project management experience in finance technology transformation programs
  • Proficiency in:
    • MS Project (Project Planning)
    • JIRA
    • Confluence
  • Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Risk, budget, and stakeholder management expertise

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams
  • Strong governance, documentation, and compliance oversight
