Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, or Program Management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including Networking, Cloud, Compute, and Storage.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure programs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Operations Program Lead to drive the successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure and operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving cloud infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and enterprise operations.

This role requires exceptional program management, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and strategic planning skills to ensure successful execution of enterprise infrastructure projects and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure and operations programs.
• Develop and maintain:
• Program Roadmaps
• Project Plans
• Resource Plans
• Delivery Schedules
• Risk Registers
• Executive Status Reports
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Drive infrastructure modernization and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams supporting:
• Enterprise Networking
• Cloud Platforms
• Compute Infrastructure
• Storage Infrastructure
• Ensure operational readiness and service continuity across enterprise environments.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle planning and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Security, Operations, Architecture, and Business teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve project roadblocks.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Support enterprise governance and operational standards.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Communicate program status, risks, issues, and milestones to executive leadership.
• Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and performance reports.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and transparency across delivery teams.

Planning & Governance

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor program KPIs and delivery metrics.
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance, operational processes, and best practices.
• Support strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in:
• IT Infrastructure
• Infrastructure Operations
• Technical Program Management
• Infrastructure Program Management
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional infrastructure programs.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
