Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications while working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Candidates with previous Apple experience will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Develop high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Design and implement distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, tuning, and performance analysis.
- Develop secure applications compliant with PCI-DSS, PII, and SOX standards.
- Build resilient event-driven architectures using messaging technologies.
- Design and optimize database solutions across multiple NoSQL and relational databases.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills using Java.
- Excellent understanding of distributed systems architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful Web Services.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
