Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and RDBMS to develop and support enterprise-level web applications. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java technologies and React.js.
The candidate will be responsible for the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and delivering enterprise-grade applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using React.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build secure and scalable backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Production Support.
- Follow front-end best practices, coding standards, and application architecture guidelines.
- Design and optimize relational database solutions using Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Implement performance optimization techniques for both frontend and backend applications.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- Use Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines for source control and automated deployments.
- Utilize JIRA and Rally for project planning, tracking, and issue management.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Architects, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in React.js development.
- Extensive experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
