Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with 6–8 years of expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and advanced Java development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end AEM implementations and a strong understanding of modern web content management, integration, and performance optimization practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Adobe Experience Manager 6.5+.
• Build and customize AEM templates, components, dialogs, workflows, and DAM capabilities.
• Develop solutions using Sling Models, HTL (Sightly), Touch UI, Adobe Core Components, JCR APIs, Sling, and OSGi (R6/R7).
• Implement headless CMS capabilities using AEM Content Fragments and integrate AEM with external systems and services.
• Develop and consume RESTful web services and work with XML, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, and caching technologies.
• Participate in CI/CD processes using tools such as Maven and Jenkins, and support automated testing.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, QA, UX, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Support application deployments across development, QA, and production environments and perform application performance tuning.

Required Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.4 or later), including at least two full-cycle AEM implementations.
• Strong expertise in AEM architecture, content management, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and related web technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
