- Strong hands-on experience providing L2 Desktop Support in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent customer-facing and end-user support experience is required.
- Must have experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Administrator to provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise end users. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, mobile devices, and endpoint management tools while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to resolve user issues in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Desktop & End-User Support
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Windows Operating Systems
- Active Directory (AD)
- Wi-Fi Connectivity
- Printers
- Software Installations
- Hardware Issues
- Support Windows desktops, laptops, MacBooks, iPads, and mobile phones.
- Deliver high-quality customer support while interacting directly with end users.
Windows Administration
- Install, configure, and upgrade Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Perform OS installations, upgrades, patching, and driver updates.
- Troubleshoot operating system performance and configuration issues.
- Support enterprise desktop lifecycle management.
Endpoint Management
- Manage endpoint devices using:
- Microsoft SCCM
- Microsoft Intune
- Perform endpoint patch management and software deployment.
- Configure and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Install and configure enterprise software and hardware.
Incident & Service Management
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Utilize enterprise ticketing systems including:
- ServiceNow
- BMC Remedy
- Jira
- Ensure timely resolution while meeting SLA requirements.
- Escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
Remote Support
- Provide remote technical assistance using:
- Bomgar
- LogMeIn
- Microsoft Teams
- Diagnose and resolve user issues remotely while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Hardware & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs, replacements, and warranty services.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and peripherals.
- Support enterprise printers and connected devices.
Security & Compliance
- Support endpoint security technologies including:
- Antivirus Solutions
- Device Encryption
- Trend Micro
- Ensure endpoint compliance with enterprise security policies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application Support teams.
- Participate in issue escalation and root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of enterprise desktop support experience.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Outlook

- Microsoft Intune
- Experience supporting:
