Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM), Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR).
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, manage product backlogs, support testing activities, and drive enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion implementations and enhancements.
Mandatory: Candidates must have hands-on Oracle Fusion CDM and Oracle TCA experience.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current and future business needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed IT and functional specifications.
- Recommend business process improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Align business requirements with enterprise strategy and product roadmap.
Oracle Fusion Functional Analysis
- Support Oracle Fusion implementations and enhancements.
- Work extensively with:
- Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM)
- Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
- Oracle Sales Cloud
- Oracle CX
- Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Configure and validate customer master data processes.
- Support customer data governance and master data management initiatives.
Product & Backlog Management
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Groom user stories and collaborate with Product Owners.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements Documentation
Develop and maintain:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirements
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Use Cases
- Sequence Diagrams
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Future State Process Documentation
Testing & Validation
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
- Support:
- Functional Testing
- System Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate implemented functionality against business requirements.
- Coordinate defect resolution with development teams.
Process Improvement
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform business process re-engineering where appropriate.
- Improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure enterprise customer master data remains accurate and reliable.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Business Users
- Product Owners
- Developers
- QA Teams
- Architects
- Program Managers
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Communicate project status and requirement updates effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion applications.
- Hands-on functional experience with:
- Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM) (Mandatory)
- Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) (Mandatory)
- Oracle Sales Cloud
- Oracle CX
- Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Strong understanding of Customer Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
