Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 10+ years of expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice (SCV), Salesforce integrations, and enterprise CRM architecture.

This role requires strong experience in solution architecture, system integration, data migration, API development, security, governance, and technical leadership. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, implementation, and enterprise CRM modernization initiatives.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Define enterprise CRM architecture, system landscape, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps.
• Lead Salesforce Org Merge, data migration, data quality, governance, backup, and archival strategies.
• Design and implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and API-led integration solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop scalable solutions utilizing Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, Oracle, and J2EE technologies.
• Implement Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and business process configurations.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, design validation, and development best practices.
• Mentor Salesforce developers, technical leads, and junior architects while promoting knowledge sharing across teams.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security standards, compliance policies, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design secure integration solutions utilizing OAuth, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution design documents, implementation guides, and operational playbooks.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend long-term corrective actions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, design workshops, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive successful project delivery by resolving technical roadblocks, managing architectural risks, and ensuring solution quality.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, Agentforce capabilities, Financial Services Cloud enhancements, AI features, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, CRM implementation, and enterprise application development.
• Salesforce Architect Certification(s) are mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions from scratch.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Force.com, and Salesforce platform development.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Org Merge, data migration, governance, and integration strategies.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, Oracle, and J2EE.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud integration architectures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving enterprise solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered CRM capabilities.
• Experience implementing enterprise integration platforms and API management solutions.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation and modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Experience working with global Agile delivery teams and large enterprise organizations.
