Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management to lead business transformation initiatives and manage change across the bank's portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business analysis, project management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management expertise while working closely with business users, product owners, technology teams, and operations.

This role requires hands-on experience gathering business requirements, managing project lifecycles, facilitating Agile ceremonies, documenting functional artifacts, and supporting testing activities within financial services environments.

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business goals into detailed requirement documents.
• Create BRDs, user stories, workflows, process maps, gap assessments, and risk assessments.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.

Project Management

• Manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, and Operations.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong Capital Markets domain expertise.
• Experience working in Investment Banking or Wealth Management environments.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
