Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Technical Consultant

Location: Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 6–8 years of experience to design, develop, and support enterprise Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, security, and HCM modules, and will play a key role in delivering large-scale Workday initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, Cloud Connect, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Configure and support Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll Integrations, and Security.
• Develop Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Create and maintain integrations utilizing XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SFTP, and enterprise integration design patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Workday programs and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement activities for Workday solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday integration development.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations and upgrades.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM Technical, Integration Cloud/Cloud Connect, Time Tracking, and Compensation Management.
• Experience serving as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant on Workday engagements.
• Possession of at least two Workday certifications (Integration, Studio, Extend, HCM, Security, or Advanced Reporting) is highly preferred.
