Job Title: SAP MM Consultant (SAP Ariba Preferred)
Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and exposure to SAP Ariba. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, SAP MM configuration, and integration with Ariba.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance SAP MM processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Verification (LIV), Inventory, and Vendor Management.
- Configure and support SAP MM functionalities.
- Work with SAP Ariba modules such as Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, or Supplier Lifecycle.
- Support SAP MM and Ariba integration using CIG/Ariba Network.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional documentation and provide end-user training.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of SAP MM implementation/support experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience with at least one SAP Ariba module.
- Experience with SAP Ariba integration (CIG) and S/4HANA or ECC.
- Good configuration, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multiple SAP Ariba modules.
- Prior experience in end-to-end SAP MM and Ariba implementations.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.
