Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior BMO (Bank of Montreal) experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services.
- Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or FP&A.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL (Basic).
- Experience with financial dashboards and KPI reporting.
