Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 8–12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise architecture, platform governance, cloud integrations, automation, and large-scale Microsoft ecosystem implementations. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Enterprise Design

• Design and architect scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, OneDrive, and Enterprise Search.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture, including presentation, application, integration, and data layers.
• Develop enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.
• Create high-level and low-level technical designs for enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available, and high-performing cloud-based solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and implementation guidelines.
• Perform architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution validations.

SharePoint Online Architecture

• Architect enterprise SharePoint Online solutions for document management, collaboration, intranet, and knowledge management.
• Design SharePoint Information Architecture, Site Collections, Hub Sites, Lists, Libraries, Metadata, and Content Types.
• Implement enterprise content management and records management solutions.
• Develop governance strategies for SharePoint Online environments.
• Design migration strategies from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online.
• Optimize SharePoint Online performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement SharePoint permissions, security models, compliance policies, and retention strategies.

Power Platform Architecture

• Architect enterprise solutions using:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Power Virtual Agents
• Design enterprise Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Define environment strategy, governance policies, DLP policies, and ALM processes.
• Establish reusable components and enterprise application standards.
• Architect enterprise workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Design low-code/no-code governance frameworks.
• Guide enterprise application modernization using Microsoft Power Platform.

SPFx Development & Customization

• Provide architecture guidance for SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions.
• Design modern SharePoint applications using:
• React
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• Architect reusable SharePoint components and web parts.
• Guide development teams on SPFx best practices.
• Review application architecture and custom SharePoint development.

Microsoft 365 & Collaboration

• Architect Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
• Design integrations across:

• OneDrive
• Outlook
• Exchange Online
• Implement enterprise search solutions.
• Design document lifecycle management solutions.
• Architect collaboration and productivity platforms.

Azure Cloud Architecture

• Design cloud-native enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Architect Azure Web Apps, Azure Automation Accounts, Azure Functions, and WebJobs.
• Design event-driven architectures and automation scheduling.
• Develop cloud integration strategies using Azure services.
• Design scalable cloud hosting architectures.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and diagnostics using Azure services.

Enterprise Integration

• Design enterprise integrations using:
