Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Core Brokerage Platform team within the Middle Office organization. This role involves leading the technical design, implementation, and delivery of highly scalable and reliable server-side applications supporting critical brokerage and trading platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Golang or Java, along with proficiency in Python and C++. This role requires significant engineering ownership, hands-on development, and close collaboration with product management and engineering teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions.
Required Experience
- 7-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in either:
- Golang (Go)
- Java/J2EE
- Proficiency in:

- Experience developing complex, high-volume, server-side enterprise applications.

- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Cross-Functional Teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor backend engineers and provide technical guidance across development teams.
- Foster engineering excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
